I have been in the residential real estate business listing and selling homes to sellers and buyers like you since 1998. My belief is that EVERYONE should be treated the same and given the honesty, respect and hard work that I would give my own family members (and I love my family).

I come from a twenty year IBM corporate background. That means I don’t treat real estate as a casual, when I get around to it, business. I am up at 6am checking my communications, planning and scheduling my day. I always implement the latest technology to ensure my buyers and sellers are able to experience a market advantage over THEIR competition. That also means my clients will be able to contact me at all times, (between 8am and 10pm) except when I am in church or with another client. I am always able to get back to them within one-two hours.

I have a total of four web addresses,  www.all-tampa-real-estate.com, www.thomasomason.com, www.tomsellstampa.com and www.tmason.com.  Two of them are unique sites. One is optimized for Google and the the other is for Yahoo and MSN and other search engines. The two shortest, easiest to remember sites are for print and sign advertising. That means I have all bases covered when sellers list with me.
