FHA Condo Buyers

Well it looks like if you are planning to buy a condo via FHA you had better plan on a ten week wait time and also other restrictions like condo association approval regulations as well as the number of units in the building must be four or more. All this information comes per the FAR New & Events. Wow. What’s your take on this? Let me know.
